ExxonMobil's president retires; Chapman moves up

IRVING, Texas—Stephen D. Pryor, president of the ExxonMobil Chemical Co. and vice president of ExxonMobil Corp., has retired after more than 44 years of service. The board of directors has appointed Neal Chapman as Pryor's replacement and elected him a vice president of the corporation. Chapman formerly was senior vice president, polymers for ExxonMobil Chemical.
