摘要

In September 2000 and March 2002, the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the American Heart Association (AHA) jointly published new guidelines for the management of patients with unstable angina or non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), the two conditions that collectively make up non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes (NSTE ACS).These guidelines are based on clinical observations, expert consensus, and randomized clinical trials, and they have been updated as a result of numerous advances that were made in the diagnosis and treatment of NSTE ACS in the past 6 years.
