Stratex outlines Turkish development understanding

STRATEX International plc has signed a memorandum of understanding with a Turkish construction and contract-mining company for development of its Inlice and Altintepe gold projects in the country. Under the terms of the agreement envisaged by the Moll, Stratex and NTF Insaat Ticaret Ltd Sti would form a joint venture with 55 percent held by NTF and 45 percent by Stratex. The joint venture would target development of Inlice within 18 months and Altintepe within 36 months.
