MAG Silver scoping study shows plan for stand-alone project

MAG Silver Corp has announced the release of a scoping study to develop its Juanicipio silver project in Zacatecas State, Mexico, as a stand alone project, although the company stressed the project was likely to be developed as part of its joint-venture partner Fresnillo plc's regional operation. The Juanicipio project is owned 44 percent by MAG Silver and 56 percent by Fresnillo, and is likely to be developed in conjunction with Fresnillo's existing mining and milling operations in the area, the world's largest primary silver producing facilities.
