DESIGN OF MINIATURIZED AND ULTRATHIN ABSORPTIVE/TRANSMISSIVE RADOME WITH WIDEBAND ABSORBING PROPERTY

In this article, a miniaturized and ultrathin absorptive/transmissive radome with wideband absorbing property was designed. The thickness of the designed radome was 5 mm and its effectiveness was verified by both synthetic experiments and measurement in the anechoic chamber. Furthermore, the oblique incidents were also evaluated for both the transmission coefficients and reflection coefficients. (C) 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
