LONDON - Ferro-titanium prices slipped again last week on persistent weak demand and cheap scrap as market participants said prices could fall below 8 dollars in the next few weeks. Ferro-titanium basis 70 percent slipped to 8.20-8.40 per dollars kg duty-paid delivered from 8.25-8.60 dollars previously. "I see prices now on both sides of 8 dollars. Where will it stop? That is the million-dollar question of the moment," said one trader.
