BIOMASS IS THE NEXT DRIVER OF THE WASTE WOOD INDUSTRY

While the waste wood industry is currently suffering from a lack of demand in central and southern England, there is a new dawn emerging in the form of the biomass market. This applies equally to clean (grade A) and dirty (grades B & C).The Government is consulting on banning these materials from landfill, and most in the wood industry should support the move - it will drive more material through the sector and it should lead to increased profits in the longer term.
