China: Port prices inch up but market cautious

Spot sulphur prices at Chinese ports increased by around RMB 30/mt, though this was understood to be driven by traders and importers engaging in speculative activity. Quotes for granular sulphur were previously mostly around RMB 720/mt FCA, but subsequently increased to RMB 750-760/mt FCA at key ports. Crushed lump product was RMB 700-730/mt FCA.
