UK: Urea imports increase through October

Imports of urea into the UK in the first 10 months of 2016 were up 6% on the same period in 2015, to reach 798,000 mt in 2016, with Algeria ahead close to 60% to 194,000 mt while arrivals from the Netherlands were down 28% to 136,000 mt. Russia was down 2% to 126,000 mt, Germany up 35% to 120,000 mt, Poland up marginally to 66,000 mt, Egypt ahead 53% to 50,000 mt, and France was up 19% to 30,000 mt. China dropped to 6,000 mt from 22,000 mt.
