Europe: FOB assessment unchanged but pressure on

European spot prices for sulphuric acid exports remained assessed at $5-15/mt FOB Northwest Europe for now, though lower prices have been reported and the upper end of the range is now more difficult to achieve. With sales to Brazil deemed achievable up to the mid-$40s/mt CFR and freight from NW Europe to Brazil pegged around $30/mt, the upper end of the published range may just be possible for European exporters.
