France: MOP imports down 20% in Q1

France imported 41,770 mt MOP in March, a 29% decrease from the same month of 2015, according to GTIS data. Of this, 19,610 mt arrived from K+S, a 17% decrease year on year. Potash arrivals from Spain’s ICL Iberia were also down 23% in March at 9,348 mt while those from Belgium decreased to 6,410 mt from 16,027 mt previously.
