Chinese producers continue to attempt to move up MAP 11-44 and 10-50 domestic and export offers but with very little demand, these prices remain flat this week. MAP 11-44 export sales have been slow in recent weeks as producers await the upcoming Australian MAP Q1 2017 purchasing season but prices remain tentatively quoted at $255-260/mt FOB, or roughly $275-280/mt CFR Australia. Still some sources report that Chinese producers have increased offers to around $265/mt FOB.
