H1N1 virus confirmed at K+S Legacy site in Canada

The H1N1 flu virus, commonly known as swine flu, has been confirmed at the construction site of K+S’s Legacy potash mine in Saskatchewan, according to the CBC. Two workers at the project site were reportedly hospitalised, with one confirmed case of the virus so far and the other pending further lab experiments. The German potash producer has five employees in total exhibiting symptoms of the virus.
