US Tampa: Overseas buyers still wary

International buyers still expect lower prices in coming weeks, which is making it difficult to complete new business expecially in the Americas as indications have not changed from suppliers. This week Mosaic reported that it offered export DAP at $340-345/mt FOB Tampa without success.
