South African urea importers took delivery of 89,200 mt in September, a decline of 15.9% on September 2014. Arrivals from Qatar were nevertheless up by 387% to 40,400 mt, UAE was up from zero to 28,000 mt, and Saudi was up from 5,000 mt to 18,700 mt. Deliveries from China were down from 84,000 mt to zero.
