Ameropa acquires control of Romania’s Azomures

SWITZERLAND-BASED fertilizer and grain trading company Ameropa Holding AG hasacquired control of Romania’s leading fertilizer producer, Azomures Targu Mures S.A.,through the purchase of the shares held by Eurofert and Azomures Holdings, and now isin the process of completing the transaction formalities, according to Azomures presidentand CEO, Fuat Kalgay.
