IGas completes Star takeover

IGas Energy has completed the acquisition of Star Energy Group from Petronas International following shareholder approval. Following this landmark transaction, the IGas Energy Group, which holds onshore and offshore assets (Point of Ayr) in the UK is now a substantial oil and gas company in the UK.
