Solo buys Tanzania equity

Aminex has agreed a deal to Solo Oil a 3.825% stake in Tanzania’s Kiliwani North Development Licence (KNDL) for US $2.16m in cash. Following the deal, Solo’s interest in the KNDL will increase to 10%. “Solo will pay Aminex a cash consideration of $2.16m, with $500,000 payable upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). The balance is payable on or before 30 April 2016, unless oth- erwise agreed between the parties,” Aminex said.
