Senegal SNE extension boost

Cairn Energy as been buoyed by positive results from the BEL-1 well on the SNE field offshore Senegal – with the SNE reservoir northern exten- sion being firmed up. The BEL-1 well was targeting the Bellatrix explo- ration prospect and appraising the northern extent of the SNE field discovered in 2014.
