Navig8 Group has agreed to acquire fellow marine services player RKOffshore Management (RKOM) – with the aim to put a strong focus on growth in West Africa. Completion of the deal is subject to conditions that are expected to be satisfied on or before 30 April 2016. Under the agreement, RKOM will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Navig8 Offshore, a newly formed division of Navig8 Group, and be rebranded as RK8.
