Rosneft to up Siberia output

Russia’s Rosneft plans to raise production at a Siberian hub despite calls for a production freeze by some producing nations. Moscow reportedly sees no need for talks with fellow producers on actions to stablise production. Russia was part of a group of global producers which were trying to agree on an oil output levels freeze in April to help to speed up a supply/ demand rebalance, Reuters reported. Talks failed as Saudi Arabia refused to sign a deal without Iran.
