Saipem scoops Iran project

Italy’s Saipem and Razavi Oil & Gas Development Co have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for potential cooperation on?a major project?in?Iran. The MoU envisages discussions aimed at poten- tial cooperation on the Toos gas field develop- ment project,?located 100km northeast of Mashhad. The Toos field holds more than 60 Bcm (2.12 Tcf) of gas in place and has the capacity to produce some 4 MMcm/d (141.2 MMcf/d) of gas.
