Bibby makes wind move

Bibby Offshore has made a move into the off- shore wind array cable installation market – as the player looks to diversify beyond the tough oil and gas sector. The firm has purchased a power cable lay carousel from Ecosse Subsea Systems (ESS) that will “enable Bibby Offshore to lay power cables for offshore wind projects from its vessels”.
