Atlantic grabs Orlando stake

Atlantic Petroleum has sold its 25% stake in the UK North Sea Orlando development to Bridge Petroleum. The deal is contingent on Bridge Petroleum acquiring Iona UK. When the transaction completes Atlantic Petroleum will not be participating in or funding the development of Orlando, and the only involve- ment for the company will be receiving its share of the sale proceeds when the field starts produc- tion.
