Ghana seeks LNG legal advice

King & Spalding’s London office will provide legal advice to state-owned Ghana National Petroleum Corp (GNPC) on its US $550m LNG project – the first such project in sub-Saharan Africa. On 9 February GNPC and Quantum Power signed heads of terms for the construction and operation of the LNG storage, regasification and delivery facilities at Tema, Ghana.
