India offers 67 small fields

India’s Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has launched a new bidding round for operators to start exploration and production from existing small oil and gas fields holding around 625m boe. Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas, launched the ‘Discovered Small Fields Bid Round 2016’ in New Delhi, which included technical information and e- bidding portals.
