Italy’s Snam has set out “a new organisational structure, conceived as a support for its strategic plan, also in relation with the separation of Italgas”. “The business activities are reorganised into three business units to ensure a focused management of the strategic guidelines of the plan and deliver a more efficient management of operations, also through simplifying the decision-making process,” Snam said.
