Indonesia’s state player Pertamina has plans for a 42% increase in crude oil production and a 17% rise in gas production in 2017 on the back of continued overseas expansions, according to reports. Pertamina is looking at foreign producing assets to offset declining output at domestic fields, where production has been declining since the 1980s.
