Goliat FPSO safety issues

Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) has conducted an audit on Eni’s Goliat Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) facility – with some issues coming to light. The aim of the audit was to assess whether the requirements in the regulations concerning logis- tics and the requirements for employee participa- tion were now being complied with.
