SBM FPSO starts Stones hire

SBM reports that the FPSO Turritella was formally on hire as of 2 September after achieving Commencement of Commercial Production (CoCP). The CoCP certificate was issued on 8 September and the vessel is installed on Shell's Stones development located in 2,896m (9,500ft) of water approximately 320km offshore Louisiana in the Walker Ridge area, Gulf of Mexico.
