Altus bags Maersk UK work

Norway’s Altus Intervention has scooped a five- year contract to provide well intervention services for Denmark’s Maersk Oil in the UK North Sea. Stavanger-based Altus will supply slickline serv- ices, coiled tubing services, well surveillance, bal- listic and wireline tractor services to support Maersk’s operations in the UK Central North Sea, as well as planned well abandonment campaigns, under the contract. No value was given for the deal.
