Gazprom Neft plans to more than double oil production this year at the Prirazlomnoye field in the Arctic region offshore Russia. Last year, oil production at the field came to a total of 2.20m bbl. Development of Russia’s offshore Arctic oil and gas reserves has been cramped by Western sanctions over Moscow’s role in the Ukrainian conflict.
