AWE sells Indonesia stake

Australia’s AWE has agreed to sell its 42.5% stake in the Bulu PSC offshore Indonesia to a sub- sidiary of HyOil for up to US $20.6m (A$27.5m) in cash. The deal is subject to Indonesian government approval. The Bulu PSC is located offshore East Java and includes the undeveloped Lengo gas field.
