Cooper Energy has accepted an offer worth US $4.38m (A$5.7m) from Bass Strait Oil for the sale of its 55% stake in the Tangai-Sukananti KSO in the South Sumatra Basin, Indonesia. “A share sale agreement to effect the transaction has been signed by the parties today, with the completion of the transfer and sale expected in three months from signing,” Cooper said, noting that this is the company’s last Indonesia asset. Cooper is currently a 13.5% shareholder in Bass.
