Sweden’s Lundin Petroleum has spudded exploration well 16/4-9 S on the Luno II North prospect offshore Norway. The Luno II discovery is located around 15km south of the Edvard Grieg field in the Norwegian North Sea. The well is located in Production Licence 359 (PL 359) and will explore the Luno II North segment, located directly northwest of the Luno II discovery.
