Antilles Oil & Gas has offloaded a 50% stake in Block 105 onshore Peru to Uruguay’s Union Group. Under the deal, Union will fund 75% of an exploration well in 2016 up to a cap of US $3m. The well will test a mean 29.6m bbl of oil in a shallow target and a deeper mean 100m bbl of oil in another target.
