Gazprom plans Vietnam well

Russia’s Gazprom has held meetings with stateowned PetroVietnam regarding a deepwater exploration well offshore Vietnam. Gazprom said the meetings discussed “bilateral co-operation in hydrocarbon development, particularly the joint activities in Blocks 129 to 132 offshore Vietnam”.
