The Centrica Energy-operated 43/13b-7 PegasusWest well has hit gas pay, according to drilling,Logging While Drilling (LWD) and wireline logginginformation, partner Atlantic Petroleum said.Following the analysis of cores and all otheravailable data, the P1724 joint venture hasdecided to drill stem test the well.The well is being drilled with the Paragon 391jack-up rig at a water depth of around 29m (95ft)and around 7km west-southwest of the 43/13b-6ZPegasus North discovery well.
