Empire gets Aussie shale boost

Empire Energy has firmed up the shale potential at EP184 in the McArthur Basin in the Northern Territory, Australia. The Australian operator has completed four exploration core holes at the St Vidgeon region in the area. These were designed to test shale-bearing formations in the region and see if they held enough hydrocarbon potential to pursue more exploration work.
