Partners eye Pechora Sea

Russia’s state-owned Rosneft has agreed to setup a joint venture with Vietnam’s state playerPetroVietnam to develop two blocks in thePechora Sea in the Arctic region offshore northwestRussia.Rosneft will get a 66.67% stake in the joint venture,while PetroVietnam will hold the remaining33.33%, Rosneft said in a statement.
