NZOG targets Parit Minyak

New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZOG) has run and cemented 7-inch casing at the Parit Minyak-3 well, located in the Kisaran Production Sharing Contract in onshore Sumatra, Indonesia. The well has been drilled to a depth of 8,250ft (2,598m). Open hole logs were run to depth, however subsequent formation pressure data gathering was hindered by degrading hole conditions. Initial log analysis supports deepening the well.
