West Papua discovery

RH Petrogas has made an oil discovery with the North Klalin-2 appraisal well in the Kepala Burung Production Sharing Contract (PSC), which lies in the Sorong area of West Papua, Indonesia. The well encountered 103ft (31m) of total net pay. Recent tests conducted on the well produced a combined rate of 105 b/d of oil with 36.3° API and 1.137 MMcf/d (32.3 Mcm/d) of natural gas on a 24/64-inch choke from two intervals within the Kais limestone.
