Statoil and ExxonMobil have made a “third high impact discovery” in Block 2 offshore Tanzania with the last 12 months. The Tangawizi-1 well discovered 4-6 Tcf (113.3- 169.9 Bcm) of natural gas in place in and brings the total in-place volumes up to 15-17 Tcf (424.9- 481.6 Bcm), said Statoil.
