BG sells Bream stake

Premier Oil and Kufpec have agreed to buy equity in Production Licence 407 (PL 407) offshore Norway from BG. PL 407 contains the Bream field and lies on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Under the deal Kufpec will acquire a 30% stake, while Premier will increase its existing 40% stake to 50% and take over as operator of PL 407 and the Bream development project.
