Eni buys into Ukraine

Italy’s Eni has boosted its foothold in the Ukraine’s shale gas sector by buying into WestGasInvest. Eni sealed a deal with state-owned Nadra Ukrayny and UK player Cadogan Petroleum to buy a 50.01% operating stake in WestGasInvest.
