Bridge raises funds

Norway’s Bridge Energy said today that it has completed a new share placement that has raised US $18.3m. The company said the money would be used to strengthen its balance sheet and working capital and finance the development of the Victoria Phase II field. Meanwhile, Bridge said it has been awarded stakes in four new licences in the 2011 Norwegian APA licensing round.
