India's Geopetrol International Holding has signed a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with Yemen for Block 80. Geopetrol and the Yemen's Ministry of Oil and Minerals signed the deal yesterday in Wadi Sar, said Yemen's state news agency Saba. Around US $20m will be spent on two explo- ration stages on Block 80, which will see Geopetrol drill two exploration wells. The operator also plans to shoot 2D and 3D seismic.
