Ukraine will launch a new tender for two semisubmersible rigs after a US $1.23 Bn deal with Singapore’s Keppel yard was cancelled last week, according to reports. Keppel said last week that the deal with Naftohaz Ukrainy would not go forward as “certain conditions in the timeline set were not met”.
