Australia Seahorse funding

Australia's 3D Oil has agreed to a US $28m farmin deal with Malaysia's Hibiscus Petroleum that will push forward the development of the West Seahorse oil field in VIC/P57 offshore Victoria, Australia. The deal is subject to approval from Hibiscus's shareholders and the Foreign Investment Review Board. It also requires a waiver from the Australian Securities Exchange.
