Blake-MND Georgia plans

Blake Oil & Gas and MND Group have signed a joint venture agreement that will see the Czech junior invest nearly US $100m in the UK player's three licences in Georgia. Under the deal, $98.5m will be spent over three years and MND Group will acquire 50% stakes in three Georgian subsidiaries, Ninotsminda Oil, CanAgro (Nazvrevi) and CanAgro Norio and their three respective licences.
